Is there a free plan?
Yes — the Free plan is the default when you sign up. No card required. When you're ready for more channels or unlimited scheduling, upgrading to Creator starts a 7-day trial with the same feature set, then $12/month.
What counts as a channel?
One connected social account — e.g. your LinkedIn, your Bluesky handle, or a client's Instagram. Each account you connect counts as one channel.
Can I change tiers?
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. If a downgrade puts you over the new tier's limits, PostTide walks you through deactivating the extras before the change.
Do you refund?
14-day cooling-off on every paid tier. Cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge and we refund the full amount.
What about annual billing?
Annual billing lands shortly after public launch. For now, every tier is monthly with no long-term commitment.
